Overview
Lutheran Family Services of Virginia provides loving temporary or permanent homes for children in foster care, helps families seeking to adopt through foster care or in the U.S., and strengthens families through community-based services in six regions in Virginia. We manage four schools that offer intensive educational, developmental and mental health services to young people ages 5 to 22 and offer grief support and services to older adults and their caregivers. In mid 2011 we began offering services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Here is an overview of our services and where they are offered.
