Treatment Foster Care provides children and youth that have been removed from their home with a safe, loving environment in which the child can heal.
Lutheran Family Services of Virginia's Treatment Foster Care program provides care for children of all ages, races, and cultures. Children are placed with trained foster parents in their community, attend public school in their communities, participate in community functions, and live as family members where they learn to trust and develop familial bonds. Young people are given hope and the chance to heal, with the goal for them to reach their fullest potential.
